Shipping information.

Shipping times are 4-7 working days for standard delivery and 1-4 working days for delivery via express courier for available items, as long as payment is received before h . 12:00 on the day the order is placed. The times for the creation or creation of personalized jewelery are different from those described above and are communicated by Perinelli Gioielli when defining the order and may vary based on the type of work to be carried out. In any case, Perinelli Gioielli  however, undertakes to ensure that, except in cases of force majeure, delivery occurs within 45 days of the user receiving the Shipping Confirmation Email. Deliveries are made only on Italian territory. In specific cases of objective impossibility or particular difficulty due to contingent situations, even upon notification from the relevant courier, Perinelli jewelery reserves the right to not deliver the order (for example, during the periods of the COVID-19 emergency, in territories considered “red zones” by the relevant courier). To this end, Perinelli Gioielli receives updates from the relevant courier whenever there are new territories in which it does not have the possibility of delivery. Perinelli Gioielli reserves the right to replace the courier responsible for delivering the order. If shipping via Express Courier is required, we invite the user to select the same as the delivery method. Each delivery will be preceded by the relevant purchase receipt, sent by Perinelli jewels via email. In the event that the user, without reasonable reason, postpones the delivery, or delays the receipt of the delivery after Perinelli Gioielli's notice that it has attempted to deliver the ordered items to the user, or in the event that the user has provided an incorrect delivery address which resulted in delivery failure, the package will be returned to Perinelli jewels, and Perinelli jewels will be released from the obligation to deliver the items within the established delivery deadline. Orders are processed via GLS or BARTOLINI courier: both couriers will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign on delivery, the courier will deposit the package at a collection point and will send an email to the customer who will decide whether to collect the package independently at the collection point or whether to reschedule the delivery to their home ( up to a maximum of 2 attempts). We remind you that the order will remain available at the collection point for 2 days. PERINELLI GIOIELLI will not be responsible for the delay or failure to deliver, if the delay or failure to deliver is caused by circumstances beyond its control including, by way of example but not limited to, acts of war or terrorism, strikes, states of emergency at national or local, failure of transport infrastructure, interruptions in the supply of electricity or other utilities, earthquakes, other natural disasters, postponements or delays in delivery caused by the recipient.
